Report of the Brazil-Canada Law Enforcement and Policy Exchange Tour, June 2011

The CPP Brazil-Canada Law Enforcement and Policy Exchange Tour ("Brazil-Canada Exchange Tour") held from June 9 – 15, 2011 in Brazil was a follow-up to the CPP Canada-Thailand-Brazil Study Tour which took place in Canada from October 24 to November 3, 2010. That event was hosted by the RCMP’s National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre and executing agency IICRD (report at http://www.childprotectionpartnership.org/sites/default/files/CPP_Study_...).

The Urban and Digital Divide – Same City: Different World

I spent international "Because I am a Girl" (BIAAG) Day at the launch of the BIAAG Report by CPP in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

At the top table were the partners in this research – the host organization Obra do Berca (an NGO based in a Favela), Plan Brazil, CPP and 4 young girls aged 11-13 (two from Favela and two from a private school).
