RCMP National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police's National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre (RCMP NCECC) in Canada is a CPP Global Reference Group partner. RCMP NCECC provides investigational support and specialized services to national and international law enforcement in cases involving ICT enabled child sexual exploitation.
As one of the original Steering Committee (now known as the Global Reference Group) members, RCMP NCECC is the body that advises on the law enforcement direction for CPP and shares expertise such as its experience with Microsoft's Child Exploitation Tracking System (CETS) tool. RCMP NCECC also connects CPP to its various affiliates like the Virtual Global Task Force (VGT), and the RCMP liaison officers working with local law enforcement in countries where CPP is implemented to broaden the reach and impact of CPP.
