CPP is led by executing agency the International Institute for Child Rights and Development (IICRD).
 
IICRD is a non-profit organization based in Victoria, Canada, devoted to advancing the quality of life and development of vulnerable children around the globe. The Institute has been working on issues affecting children’s lives locally, nationally and internationally since 1994.
