Launching Thai ICT School Workshops

CPP Thailand is ready to begin its ICT safety and awareness curriculum workshops in the regions of Ranong, Pattaya and Chiang Rai.

The pilot curriculum training will take place at Banglamung School on September 4-5, 2010 in which approximately 40 teachers and 8 students will participate in the education-building workshop.

Schools in Chiang Rai and Ranong will also pilot the curriculum later this month: schools in the Chiang Rai region will start workshops on September 11-12 and Ranong schools will pilot the workshop on September 25-26.

The workshops are offered to children in secondary schools (grades 7, 8 and 9). It is estimated that approximately 900 students in Ranong will attend the workshops.
