CPP Project Manager Emilia Bretan and CPP Senior Advisor, Bene dos Santos published an article about CPP in one of Brazil's top newspapers this morning. Emilia and Bene wrote about children and ICT enabled child sexual exploitation, and about what can be done about it. This was in response to CPP's Safer Internet Day Challenge where CPP posed the question: can you reach more than 1000 people with your message in one day?

Yet, very little is known about the impact of these efforts on the lives of children. How do we know whether child protection systems are actually succeeding to protect children? How can monitoring and evaluation enhance the protection of children?
On Sept 28th, CPP Special Advisor Micheal Montgomery and M&E Evaluator Rebeccah Nelems, along with CPP Brazil Manager Luiz Rossi and Coordinator Emilia Bretan, delivered training of the last phase of the Circle of Rights process, the Create Phase.
